Returns & Refunds

At RZX Eyewear, we want you to ride, run, and train with total confidence. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund or exchange. Returns are free — we cover the return shipping within the US.

To be eligible, items should be:

  • In original, resellable condition (unworn, no scratches)
  • Returned with all original packaging, cases, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at service@rzxeyewear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Drop off the package, and we'll process your refund or exchange as soon as it arrives.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different model, lens, or frame style? Start an exchange the same way — email us and we'll get the new pair shipped as soon as your return is on its way back.

12-Month Warranty

Every pair of RZX sunglasses is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (frame, hinges, coatings). This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, or scratches from regular use. If you believe you have a defect, email us with a photo and your order number.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original first.
