Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. To start a return, email service@rzxeyewear.com with your order number before sending the item.

Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved US returns should be sent to: 24 Pennsylvania Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07032.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Defective products are covered by our 12-month manufacturing warranty. Approved defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
