Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. To start a return, email service@rzxeyewear.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Defective products are covered under our 12-month warranty — we will replace or refund at no cost.
